Are there any extra charges?
Only if you ask for more. Sanitizing, extra systems and dryer vent cleaning are priced upfront, before any work, and only done if you say yes.
How often should ducts be cleaned?
Most homes every 3 to 5 years. Sooner if you have pets, someone smokes, you've had a remodel, or allergies act up at home.
I've never had my ducts cleaned. Is that normal?
Very. Most of the homes we visit have never had it done, and the buildup is usually years old.
How long does it take?
Most homes take about two to three hours.
Will it make a mess?
No. We use drop cloths and shoe covers, and clean up before we leave.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. Someone 18 or older should be home to let us in and see the photos with us.
